Dear President
We are appreciative and grateful to the Bolivian People, the Bolivian Parliament and Government for adopting of the Resolution of Armenian Genocide Recognition, condemnation of crime and support Armenian People.
There are a lot of resolutions recognizing and condemning the Armenian Genocide adopted by the many states and parliaments. A part of them reflects partly the content of this problem but there are the other adopted resolutions not considering it.
Especially we appreciate the content of the adopted resolution by the Bolivian Parliament that reflects correctly the realities concerning the Armenian Genocide and the Western Armenian’s rules.
Moreover, we are grateful to the formulation of the part where it’s specified. “Bolivian legislature body shares and supports Armenian claim struggle for human rights defense of truth and justice. It announces its mighty commitment to the protection of human rights and justice, condemns the people against the policy of denial of the Armenian Genocide and the sufferings”.

We compress your hand tightly which lent to us and announce that the Parliament of Western Armenia and Government in exile are ready to cooperate in all levels for the establishment and maintenance of vital rights of all peoples and states.
