Nikol Pashinyan dismissed commanders of regiments Mehrab and Meghri an hour ago. This is what ex-governor of Syunik region, representative of the “Armenia” bloc Vahe Hakobyan announced during a meeting with residents of Vayk today.
According to Hakobyan, the reason for this is that the commanders have refused to spread propaganda in his favor among military servicemen. “The dismissals won’t change anything for Nikol. He will continue to go down. We will definitely restore the army. We need to be ready for war so that war doesn’t break out,” he stated.
An official investigation has been launched against commanders of military units of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Colonels A. Tadevosyan and A. Gevorgyan, as reported the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
