STATEMENT of the Permanent Tribunal of the Armenian Creative Civilization on the Genocide, Culturocide and Anthrocide of the Autochthonous Nations

“… sovereignty cannot be considered
as the right to kill millions of innocent people”
Raphael Lemkin
On September 13, 2022, based on the inadmissibility of forceful decisions and of the international legitimization of forceful expansion, in connection with the confirmed fact of an international crime, namely the perfidious military aggression of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces against the sovereign territory of Armenia, with the suppression of the administrative border of the Armenian SSR, initiated for the purpose of depriving the freedom and independence of a recognized subject of international law, as well as the occupation of a part of the territory of the Republic of Armenia and carrying out ethnic cleansing, with the use of prohibited types of weapons (namely, the application of cluster bombs with white phosphorus) on civilian and military facilities,
Permanent TRIBUNAL of the Armenian Creative Civilization on the Genocide, Culturocide and Anthrocide of the Autochthonous Nations
(Full title: Permanent Tribunal of the Armenian Creative Civilization on the Genocide of Armenians, Greeks, Assyrians, Yezidis, Arabs, Alevis, Alawites, Zaza people, Molokans and other indigenous nations and the Greatest Cultural Cide and Anthropocide of Armenians, Udins, Talysh, Lezghins and other autochthonous nations (today Talysh and Udin) in the Western Caspian Sea, on the crimes of the more than 150-year-old Genocidal usury machine that have not received conviction and punishment stated that after the First World War, by decision of the high powers of the Winners at the Paris Peace Conference, the Versailles military tribunal was to be formed, which never took place).
Following its civilizational principles in the issue of punishment for crimes of destroying the civilizational foundations of the area and its autochthonous bearers, the Armenian people formed the Public Tribunal of the Armenian Civilization on crimes during the Armenian Genocide in 1894-1923 in the territories of Western Armenia, Cilicia, the Ottoman Empire, Eastern Armenia, in the cities of Baku, Shushi and many other Armenian and Armenian-populated territories, committed by three successive Turkish governments: Sultan, Young Turk and Kemalist, with the active and direct participation of Kurdish gangs, as a result of which more than 1.5 million Armenians were killed, and most of the remaining Armenian population was deported.
Surviving the massacre, having lost the homeland, the Armenian people took on the role of judges and delivered justice. It was a joint effort of the Armenian people, various professional organizations to identify, expose, condemn, counteract, prevent and punish the criminal Genocidal policy. The Armenian people began to administer justice – a list of organizers and main perpetrators of the Genocide was compiled, preparatory work began: persecution, collection of information, and then a quick and right trial followed.
In just three years, all the organizers of the Armenian Genocide were executed. Along the way, several thousand more lower-ranking participants in the Armenian massacre were executed. No one escaped retribution!
Traitor Armenians were the first on the “lack list” of the perpetrators of the Armenian Genocide. All of them were executed by their relatives (brothers, fathers, nephews).
Today, the genocidal machine continues its bloody harvest in the entire front of Asia and the Middle East, as well as in the Western Caspian. The response on such an action of the parasitic system in the person of the Rusticism can only be within the framework of the principles of creative civilizational forms: the inevitable punishment of the organizers and accomplices of the crimes of the genocide, culturocide and anthropocide.
