German – ANTRAG Über den Beitritt und die Unterstützung der Erklärungen und des Rechtspakets der von der Republik Westarmenien (dem Staat Armenien) vorgelegten Forderungen zum Schutz der Rechte des armenischen Volkes

Wir, die Unterzeichneten (Präsident Radik Hamoyan, Premierminister Tigran Paschabezian und den Präsidenten der Armenischen Nationalversammlung Armen Ter-Sarkisian), erklären hiermit, dass wir das Rechtspaket zum Schutz der Rechte des armenischen Volkes und die Erklärungen, die die Republik Westarmenien an die Vereinten Nationen, die ständigen Mitglieder des UN-Sicherheitsrats und das Europäische Parlament gesandt hat, vertreten, annehmen, uns anschließen und unterstützen.

Diese Erklärungen enthalten umfassende rechtliche und politische Fakten, Realitäten und Begründungen.

Diese Erklärungen beziehen sich tatsächlich auf Entscheidungen, die von der internationalen Gemeinschaft in Bezug auf die Rechte des armenischen Volkes bereits getroffen wurden, die jedoch noch nicht umgesetzt wurden.

Wir, die Unterzeichner, erklären, dass:

  1. Die Fragen, die die Republik Armenien, die Republik Arzach und das armenische Volk im Allgemeinen betreffen, sollten nur im Rahmen der dem armenischen Volk gewährten unbefristeten und unbestreitbaren Rechte und auf deren Grundlage gelöst werden, die insbesondere in den oben genannten Erklärungen der Republik Westarmenien (Staat Armenien) an die UN, die ständigen Mitglieder des UN-Sicherheitsrats und das Europäische Parlament vorgelegt werden.
  2. Die Schaffung eines stabilen und langfristigen Friedens im Südkaukasus und im Nahen Osten ist möglich, indem die Rechte der indigenen Völker der Region, einschließlich der Armenier, Griechen, Assyrer, Jesiden, Kurden, Talysh, Lezginen und anderer Völker, verwirklicht werden. Die armenische Frage, die als Teil der östlichen Frage gilt, ist immer noch nicht gelöst. Eine faire und endgültige Lösung der armenischen Frage ist die wichtigste Garantie für den Frieden in der Region.
  3. Nach der präzedenzlosen Aggression, die gegen Republik Arzach im 27, September 2020 durch die Koalition Aserbaidschan – Türkei – Pakistan – terroristische Gruppen des Nahen Ostens unternommen wurde, sind die Armenier der ganzen Welt und das ganze armenische Volk bereits eine politische und rechtliche Einheit, mit den sich daraus ergebenden Verpflichtungen, Rechten und Handlungen.
  4. Sowohl im 22, September 1920 als auch am 27. September 2020 waren die Aggressionen gegen die Republik Armenien und die Republik Arzach darauf ausgerichtet, eine faire Lösung der armenischen Frage zu blockieren – im Rahmen der Rechte, die dem armenischen Volk gewährt wurden.

Dementsprechend hat das armenische Volk nur einen Weg der Rettung.

Mit allen rechtlichen und politischen Möglichkeiten, einschließlich der Bildung nationaler, staatspolitischer, parlamentarischer Vereinigungen und Bildung, als politisch-rechtliche Einheit des Subjekts zu fungieren und eine endgültige und faire Lösung der armenischen Frage mit allen möglichen Mitteln zu erreichen.

Dies bedeutet, dass der Kampf des armenischen Volkes um das Recht auf Leben, Entwicklung und Zukunft in eine qualitativ neue Phase eintritt.

Wir, die Unterzeichneten, laden Bürger und Organisationen ein, sich mit ihren Unterschriften dieser Erklärung anzuschließen, die auch an die UNO, die ständigen Mitglieder des UN-Sicherheitsrats und das Europäische Parlament gerichtet werden soll, um dem Rechtspaket für den Schutz der Rechte des armenischen Volkes und die in dieser Richtung durchgeführte Arbeit neue Impulse und Unterstützung zu verleihen.

Der beste Weg, Ergebnisse zu erzielen, ist, gemeinsam zu handeln. Lasst uns diesen Weg der Einheit beschreiten, um die Rechte der armenischen und anderen indigenen Völker der Region auf Existenz, Entwicklung und Zukunft zu sichern.
