President of the Republic of Western Armenia, was elected January 20, 2014 at the 1-st session of the National Assembly (Parliament) of Western Armenia 1-th convocation,
President of the National Council of Western Armenia.

The powers were terminated on June 11, 2017 at the 5th session by the decision of the National Assembly (Parliament) of the Western Armenia of the 1st convocation. (For gross violations of the current legislation of the Republic of Western Armenia and an attempt to usurp power)
